Pumps Plus is the exclusive Ontario sales and service company for new Flowtronex prefabricated pump stations and Flowtronex retrofits. Pumps Plus is known and respected for our "turn key, no surprises" pump station installation package.
Pumps Plus is proud to be associated with Flowtronex PSI Inc., the world leader in golf course pumping stations with over 15,000 stations around the world. All of our Service Technicians are Flownet certified which involves extensive annual training in Dallas, Texas. Others have to subcontract repairs to specific components costing far more and wasting time.
Pumps Plus is a certified Flownet service centre for Ontario that allows us to perform
installations and warranty repairs of Flowtronex products.
We are also certified by ABB for variable frequency drive warranty repairs and service.
Pumps Plus has exclusive tools and equipment for servicing pump stations including electrical testers and meggers, pressure simulators, analogue simulators, laser temp meters, data loggers and data logging equipment, shaft balancing equipment, turbine separation jigs, motor repair jigs, DTAM's, underwater video inspection equipment and laptop diagnostic software.
Pumps Plus has experience in filtration equipment.
Pumps Plus is able to repair your motor and pump in-house, not subcontracted to others causing costs to soar.
Pumps Plus has extensive in stock used equipment on site for loan while yours is being fixed, for sale or upgraded.
Pumps Plus is able to remove most turbines without need for a boom truck or crane. Not only does this save money but allows you, the customer, to see the pump and its condition. Compare this to other companies that drive away with the pump and return with a new pump and an inflated invoice.
Pumps Plus offers a spring start-up preventative maintenance program that reduces nuisance service calls and keeps the pump station working efficiently. A fall shutdown service is also offered that properly winterizes the pump station.
